Free Yearly Inspection
We care about your home. As a member we will come to your home for free just to reassure that your electrical system is safe. This is a $200 value and it is free to our plan members. You don't have to call us; we remind you when your maintenance visit is due.
Extended Warranties
All of our Home Protection Plan members don't receive our standard 2-year warranty on any repairs; they receive a 5-year warranty on any repairs and equipment! If we install a Grand Rapids electrical panel or any service related equipment for you we will give you a LIFETIME WARRANTY as a Home Protection Plan member!! If you move we will transfer your service plan to your new home. If you move
out of our Service area you can keep the plan with the house for the new owners.
