Why The Electric Professor is Different

We will send out a highly trained electrician so that you’ll get a quality job. We have a managing staff that constantly checks our systems and performance so that we can find ways to better serve you, our customer.

An Electric Professor electrician is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any electrical emergency you may have. In fact, we promise to respond to your emergency within 1 ½ hours from the time you call if you are in a situation that will incur property damage. Our electricians also know that you value your property so they will respect it and keep their work area clean and free of hazards.

Leaders know the value of Education and Affiliating with other successful entrepreneurs.
That is why we encourage our electrical repair team to further their education by offering ongoing training for our electricians and office staff. We know training is a constant process that enables us to serve you better and better. To help us with our continual improvement, we are members of Electricians Success International, an organization comprised of successful businesses all over the country, just like us.

We are also active in local associations, networking groups and the Chamber of Commerce. All of these professional affiliations allow us to be smarter about serving the home or business electrical repair needs of you, our customer.

We don’t have a purpose without our customers. Our job is to deliver what you want, when you want it! We know in order to do that we have to listen. We survey each customer in house after the fact. Our lines are always open to answer all electrical installation or repair service questions or concerns.
